Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Dallas, Texas. I have over 15 years of counseling experience woking with a wide range of ages and concerns. More specifically, I enjoy working with both adults and teens to help them navigate the many challenges and changes that life brings. I have experience helping people who struggle with depression, anxiety, and loss as well as life transitions and relationship challenges. I also enjoy working with teens and their families to help guide and support them through the high school years.

My style is warm, supportive and caring. I work from a strengths-based, client centered, solution focused model. I enjoy building a strong relationship with my clients and partnering with them to promote growth and change. I know that seeking counseling takes a lot of courage and I work to make the process as safe and fulfilling as possible.
