About

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. I earned my Master's of Social Work degree from Boston College in 2015 and a B.A in Communication Studies from DePaul University in 2012. I spent five years working at a therapeutic high school helping adolescents and families navigate mental health challenges. Also, I worked for four years at a substance abuse program for women in recovery, helping them process life's challenges and learn new skills. I have worked with diverse issues such as depression, anxiety, school adjustment, job stressors, and Asperger's.

I approach every relationship with warmth, compassion, and honoring the courage it takes to reach out. I am trained in various approaches such as internal family systems, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy. I can accompany you on the journey to reach short and long term goals.
