I have over 20 years of experience working with adults with a treatment focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and mind-body disorders. I also specialize in working with those who have a history of incarceration or who have worked within the criminal justice system. Finally, I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ issues and helping those getting ready for transition.
Through therapy interventions such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mind-body interventions, I help clients cope with their emotions and change behavior patterns that may contribute to out of control feelings.
