Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky. I have a master's degree from Bellevue University and have experience working in a variety of mental and behavioral health settings, including a residential treatment facility, inpatient psychiatric care as well as outpatient services. I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced a myriad of symptoms, including significant physical, verbal and emotional trauma and abuse. I also have had the pleasure of supporting clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship/ family issues, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and PTSD, among other issues. Growing up internationally for some of my childhood has given me an acute sensitivity for multi-cultural and cross- cultural factors. I believe all clients deserve to be treated with dignity, compassion and genuine care.

Therapeutically, I want to help you to achieve your goals. I want to provide you with tangible tools, insights and strategies in order to make your goals achievable. I want to make you feel heard and supported. My therapy style and approach often combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered and Family Systems counseling components. It is very important to me that we collaborate, and I will adjust and tailor my approach to your specific needs as we interact.
