I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Hampshire where I have been working for the past 7 years. I have experience working with children, teens, families, and adults in individual, family, and group settings. I have experience in many clinical areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and self-identity.

My therapeutic style is warm and empathetic with some humor sprinkled in at appropriate times. I use a client-centered approach so although I may gently guide, reflect, and ask questions, you are in charge of where our sessions go and the pace. I utilize skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused, and art therapy in order to assist you in reaching your individual goals. I also believe it is important to talk about and set goals, as well as celebrate them when they are accomplished!

I believe that finding the right fit with a therapist is one of the most important elements to building a positive and effective therapeutic relationship. Our first session will help us both determine if we are a good match for each other. Opening up and sharing your thoughts and feelings can be difficult, but with a trusted therapist it can be a little less scary. In fact, it can be the first step towards identifying and making the changes you've been hoping to see in your life. I truly value each of my clients as individuals and genuinely enjoy getting to know them.
