I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience working in a community mental health agency. My experience is with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, grief and anger. I have also worked with survivors of trauma and abuse. My approach is non-directive,, empathetic, and person centered. I combine a variety of treatment styles such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing. I offer a safe space where clients can communicate their thoughts and feelings without judgment. A supportive place individuals can set personal goals and learn tangible techniques such as mindfulness, communication and coping skills to use in their lives.
