I am a marriage and family therapist with 11 years of experience counseling a wide range of clients. I have worked with clients on grief and loss, depression and anxiety as well as substance abuse concerns. I also work with couples and am EFT informed. I take a warm approach with clients and use a client centered approach to therapy. I blend a number of therapy approaches, depending on the presenting concerns, as well as skills in order to propel the therapy process forward.
