We have created a welcome space for all persons to have time and space to experience felt security and a place to be vulnerable; to find your solasta. Experienced developmental trauma affects the way we move in the world, the choices we make, the conclusions we come to and the way we interface in relationships. Melony Burns is a licensed clinical social worker in both California and Washington though she resides in the beautiful Pacific North West in SW Washington with her partner and Goldendoodles. Melony has 170+ hours in attachment training and experience. Melony has completed Training on Adoption Competency (TAC) through the CASE foundation to include over 200hrs on foster and adoption care. Melony understands broken attachments and subsequent healing; she enjoys working within somatic experiencing, narrative therapy and is Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) Level I trained. Melony has training and experience working with LGBTQ+ persons and supporting folx in exploring, transitions and relationships. She works with singles, couples and non-monogamous consensual relationships. She enjoys supporting folx in their journey in authenticity.
