Hi there! My name is Melonie Pinder, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and a Board Certified National Counselor (NCC). After 10+ years in Corporate America where Marketing and Sales was my focus, I decided to pursue my passion which is Mental Health. That was the best decision I could have made.

As such my approach to counseling is unique. I utilize techniques from Humanistic psychotherapy as well as CBT, Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered. These approaches seek to enhance your strengths and hidden potential, rather than focus on what is “wrong.” I’m both empathetic and honest with an aligned goal to tap into your instinct and awaken the brilliance within you. I have extensive experience in Domestic Violence, relationship challenges as well as Anxiety and Depression. In addition, my unique background has been reportedly helpful for those with career related challenges.

Whether you’re struggling with relationship challenges, family issues, or healing from past trauma, I am here to help. My belief is that each client is the expert of their own life. However, while in the midst of the clutter and chaos of life, it is common to lose sight of this. Thus, the hope is at the conclusion of services, you become the best possible version of you.
