I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri and Arkansas with approximately 10 years of experience working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have assisted people experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I have also supported many people who have experienced various elements of trauma and abuse.

My counseling style is warm, supportive, accepting, and interactive. I utilize a person-centered approach. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. We are so much more than our problems. My approach is an interactive one during which we will work together to find the best solution to your particular situation(s). I'm a firm believer that you can accomplish as much as you are willing to work for. I will help you navigate and find your best path.

I have a strong faith base but will not discuss anything related to religion or spirituality unless you want to explore your own feelings. I am very open and accepting of your beliefs without judgement and successfully work with people from a wide variety of religious backgrounds and belief systems.
