I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals of all ages. I strive to create a collaborative environment of respect and compassion to help patients move forward in their lives. I have experience working with a variety of clients with an emphasis on treating depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, family conflict, and bipolar disorder. I utilize a variety of modalities of care such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness approaches to help patients decrease their symptoms and improve their health and wellness.
