I am looking for a client who is motivated to make changes, may be struggling with depression or anxiety, or may even have some trauma that needs to be addressed. The ideal client would be ready to take the needed steps to make progress. I can help by offering support and guidance to those looking to make positive changes in their mental health. I can support those people by suggesting and teaching coping skills and continued support. I can be a safe place, a place to speak without judgment, a place to feel heard and understood, a place to be you! I am understanding and nonjudgmental. I will never tell you what you feel or think is wrong. I will be the support you need to become the person you want and deserve to be. I have personal experience with managing mental health issues in my family, and I enjoy being able to support others in their needs.
