Mellonese Mayfield, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have worked for 10 years with a diverse population including depression, anxiety, relationship issues and substance abuse related issues. I also work with clients experiencing day to day social stressors.

My counseling style is solution focused and interactive . I provide a culturally sensitive and non judgement space to explore deep thoughts and feels during this process. I believe in respect, sensitivity and compassion. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral and client centered. Working to provide a collaborative effect to improve self awareness, empowerment and education. I want to assist clients with beginning the process of healing.
