About

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has over 15 years of experience. I am specialized in working with trauma, PTSD, perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. I have worked with many people who experience difficulty in their relationships and desire to overcome negative thinking patterns that get them stuck in life.
My therapy style is very down to earth, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe in treating the person not the diagnosis. I come from the perspective that we all have the innate ability inside of ourselves to heal, grow, and change. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) all while using a mindfulness based approach. I will work along side you in therapy to create a journey that is specific and unique to what you need.
Asking for help is not easy. It can be downright scary at times. Taking the first step is the beginning of creating the life you have always wanted. It is a journey and I am honored to walk beside you on your path to finding inner peace.
