I am an LICSW, licensed in Massachusetts with over 17 years of experience providing Couples and individual therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Parenting Problems, Career Challenges, and PTSD. I have devoted much of my Post-Clinical training to Couples work and Relationship Issues. I also have extensive training and experience with Perinatal and Postnatal Health, and am specifically trained and certified as a trauma clinician helping those who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse that presents a challenge later in relationships. My other passion has been in research and training on understanding Motivation and Resiliency. Understanding this key component of the work better helps my clients to quickly and accurately identify their challenges, putting them in a better place to gain traction forward in a meaningful and sustainable way.

My therapy style is warm, yet straight-forward and collaborative. I believe that we all go through times when we could use the expertise and support of others to better guide us- not only in accomplishing our goals but finding our dreams. We will work together in a collaboration that is rooted in Respect, Sensitivity, and Compassion. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Solution-Focused (SFT), and Rational Emotive (REBT) Therapies, Internal Family-Systems (IFS), and when needed Mindfulness and EMDR. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
