I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a unique skill set refined toward counseling and helping others. My experience also includes working as a high school counselor working with re-engagement and dropout prevention with students. I have 6 years of experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, relationship struggles and various other mental health and academic challenges. I use a person-centered approach emphasizing the importance of the therapist/client relationship, along with a solution-focused approach to allow the client to explore thoughtful and brief solutions to concerns or problems. I am a Colorado native who loves to spend time outdoors with my family and three dogs!
