I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that enjoys helping people navigate through life and solve their problems. I have a BA degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Masters degree in Social Work. I have worked with a variety of populations to include children, veterans, the homeless populations, teenagers , young adults and senior citizens. I use a variety of different approaches to include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, DBT , Motivational Interviewing and always a Client Centered Approach.
