I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with over 5 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues. I have worked in different clinical settings including an inpatient psychiatric hospital, acute care medical hospital, and corrections.

My counseling style is warm and empathetic. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach, as therapy is both spontaneous and dynamic. I tailor my approach to fit the unique inner world of the client. My approach combines motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution focused therapy.
