About

I have a history working as a Birth Doula, Midwifery Assistant, State Social Worker, in Behavioral Rehabilitation, and as an Herbalist. I enjoy creating a safe and non-judgmental space for sharing experiences, pain, and unwanted thoughts, helping individuals cope with anxiety and depression, world events, childhood emotional neglect, feelings of alienation, shame, unmet emotional needs, prenatal concerns, postpartum issues, and grief. I offer a space to discuss and process religious trauma, birth trauma and am deeply connected to sharing the journey that is specific to women in our society.
