I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background working with children and adults. My approach as a Psychotherapist is to work collaboratively with people, focusing and building upon the strengths they already possess and helping them to acquire new skills to cope with life stressors in a warm and supportive environment. I believe no single approach works for everyone and use a variety of evidence-based techniques. Together, we will work in partnership to help find clarity to situations that hinder your happiness, relationships, feeling good about yourself, and overall satisfaction with your life.
