I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree from USC. I have over 20 years of experience helping people reach their highest potential. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, loneliness, disconnection, negative emotions & behavior patterns, work-related stress, and dysfunctional relationship patterns. My mission is to help you heal and transform your life, create a sense of balance and wholeness, and unfold your full potential. Some of the specialties I work with are addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and self-harm. Early in my life, due to multiple unexpected changes and losses, a debilitating car accident, and progressing auto-immune health problems, I went in search of answers to many “why’s” and “how’s”. What I found was that there is no “right way”; true healing requires a holistic, integrated, individualized approach. My path included exploration of many healing modalities, including Psychotherapy, Western, Eastern, Chinese and Functional Medicine; Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition, Rolfing, EMDR, and EFT. My approach is holistic, integrative, and addresses the whole person. I incorporate a variety of modalities and tenets, including Transformational Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Systems Theory, Mindfulness, Addiction Recovery (abstinence and harm-reduction), Meditation, Yoga, Professional and Life Coaching, Energy and Vibrational Medicine, Trauma Recovery, Nutrition, Exercise and other disciplines as indicated to assist in self-actualization.
