I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Oklahoma with 16 years of professional work experience, working in Community Mental Health, Tribal Behavioral Health, and private practice. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, depression, & executive and professional coaching. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My strengths are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Counseling. I also teach yoga and enjoy incorporating it in my practice.
