“People start to heal the moment they feel heard.” I have worked in the mental health field for 7 years. I have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. Some of the disorders I have treated include anxiety, depression, severe mental illness, grief, trauma and addiction. I have also worked closely with couples and families to assist with strengthening relationships and family bonds. I am certified in DBT and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to include MI, CBT, SFT, talk therapy.
I earned my Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Kentucky and am Licensed as a LPCC in Kentucky.
