I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in WA and LA but I am Australian and have been in the US since 2015. I have many years of experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, domestic violence, incarceration and those involved in the child welfare system including foster care. I myself am a cancer survivor and lost a loved one through violence so I feel I have a good understanding of these particular issues also.

I have a casual, warm and empathetic style incorporating different approaches but the main thing is building a relationship whereby you feel heard and validated and we work together utilizing your own strengths to improve your situation and create the change you desire. I look forward to hearing your story, and ensuring that therapy is a meaningful process to you and adds value to your life. I am only offering short term therapy via PHONE sessions so if this does not suit you then you might find someone who offers other modalities.
