I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with 4 years of experience. I have worked with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, eating disorders, and career challenges. I also have experience with trauma including physical and emotional abuse, neglect, and single incident traumas such as a car wreck.

My first priority in counseling is building a good relationship with trust and respect between the two of us. I want you to feel safe and heard without any judgment. My therapeutic approach includes client-centered, EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing), cognitive-behavioral, and a bit of attachment and mindfulness counseling. I have quite a bit of training in neuropsychology so I often see things from a brain perspective as well. I adjust my approach to fit your needs.
