Hello and Welcome! My name is Melissa and I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician. I have been active in the mental health and social service world for 15 years. I have had the joy of working in many different settings and with all types of people. Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Relationships, and Parenting Skills are just a few of the topics I have experience with. I am a Pennsylvania native and graduated from Gannon University with my masters in Counseling. Currently I am living in beautiful New England.

I utilize a variety of techniques in counseling because everyone is different and has different needs. My personal approach is strengths-based and looks at highlighting a person’s positive qualities as part of the growth and healing process. I also believe in the importance of making time for self-care. In our hectic world, we frequently neglect ourselves and our care. Therapy allows us the opportunity to connect and revitalize ourselves mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
