I have received my Bachelor's degree of Psychology from California State University, Northridge. I received my Master's degree of Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate University. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of California and have been providing direct therapy services for four years. I have worked with individuals ages 5 to adults with a variety of issues such as: parenting issues, postpartum/pregnancy, codependency, family conflicts, domestic violence, mood disorders, and teen issues. I have worked in various settings such as schools, agencies, and shelters.

When working with my clients, I view YOU as being the expert in your own journey and experience. I like to highlight your inner strengths in order to promote positive change. I believe in building and celebrating resiliency in order to help clients move through difficult times in their life. I work from a variety of approaches and I like to match the style that will best fit your needs. I enjoy working in a Solution-Focused lens, along with utilizing Cognitive Behavioral approaches to help clients in reaching their goals.
