My name is Melissa Bartnick and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over a decade of experience working in hospitals providing mental health services focusing on crisis and disaster mental health. I have also specialized in anxiety, depression, sleep issues, chronic pain and relationship stress. I have had many years experience working with servicemembers, Veterans and dependents. I use evidence-based techniques that are proven to work including CBT (and CBT-i for insomnia) and motivational interviewing. However, the specific focus of our therapy sessions will depend on your needs and preferences as each client is unique. I look forward to working with you!
