About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing services in Kentucky with over 5 years of experience providing behavioral health services and intensive outpatient therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, substance abuse, and grief/loss. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma, emotional abuse, and family separation.

My therapy style is warm, kind, understanding, and interactive. I believe in respect, sensitivity, autonomy, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and social/behavioral therapy. Together, we will create a treatment plan to meet your specific needs, and accomplish your goals.
