My name is Melissa and my goal is to help as you explore who you are, where you’ve come from, and where you would ultimately like to be. We’ll do this at your pace by exploring ways to help soothe, empower, educate, and prepare you to handle whatever is keeping you from living your most authentic life.

My hope is that by the end of our time together, you’ll feel more at peace and in control of yourself and how you choose to respond to the world around you.
