Hello, my name is Melissa Joslyn and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Buckeye, Arizona (originally from Maine). I am a kind, direct and empathic practitioner with 20 years experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. My experience comes from providing direct mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics with a variety of presenting issues. My experience is varied and across settings as I have provided, individual, group and family therapy in community mental health agencies, primary care offices, school settings, employment settings, in-home services and hospice.
My therapy style and approach draws influence from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Holistic Therapy and Mindfulness. I believe in treating the whole person and specialize in supporting people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, divorce, major life changes and loss, HEAL.
