I am licensed in Pennsylvania and have a variety of professional work experiences with children, teen, and adult clients. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, self-harm, conflict resolution, behavioral issues, communication skills deficit, and relationships, I also have experience working with motivation, self esteem, and confidence building. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy and I applaud you for having the courage to take the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life.
