Welcome! I am a Sensorimotor Therapist and Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor. I work with individuals who often take on roles in their family, community, and workplace that are dictated to them by others. They worry often, over plan, over research, and over think so things turn out "just right". No one sees the stress, anxiety, or pain of being overlooked, unseen, and disconnected causes you. I help individuals recognize, reflect, and identify where they can make the changes needed to improve their quality of life and create a life that is full, authentic, and easeful.
