Thank you for reaching out and considering me for counseling. It takes courage to seek help and I am here to support and empower you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults and their families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress and anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, self-harm, parenting problems, life challenges, emotional abuse, trauma, and lack of motivation.

I believe the counseling relationship is most important, which is why my main method of counseling is Person Centered. I accept my clients where they are at, work to develop trust and rapport. I believe your journey will be most beneficial if we work together to identify your goals, build upon your strengths and provide you with a safe space in which you can explore and grow.
