My professional qualifications include being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified School Social Worker in the state of CT (071), ABFT (Attachment-Based Family Therapy) level 1 trained, DBT trained as well as holding a certificate of health coaching from the Institute of integrative nutrition. I have 15 years of experience with teens and young adults. I have supported many parents whose children are struggling with the pressures of academics, their peers and anxiety. I regularly utilize my holistic health coach background to incorporate healthy lifestyle changes into our work together. I have worked in schools and intensive mental health clinics providing supervision to clinicians.
