Hello!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with seven years of experience in providing counseling services. I have worked in different settings to include residential, non-profit agencies, and I am presently dedicated to private practice. My focus consists of working with adults undergoing a variety of hardships that include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, abuse, trauma, relationship issues, family of origin issues, immigration matters, and more. I utilize a person-centered approach that allows me to build a trusting therapeutic relationship through actions of empathy, compassion, and commitment to each individual need. I also include rational emotive behavior therapy to challenge any irrational thoughts or behavior that may be causing limitations to achieve a healthier way of addressing and resolving undesired behavior and or cognition.

I am a Texan native and have worked with populations from diverse backgrounds. I take pride in providing culturally competent services where my focus is to deliver the best practice by treating each person as an individual. In addition, my goal is to focus on each individual's needs and work as a team in order to reach the desired outcome.
