I am a licensed mental health counselor, certified school counselor, and nationally certified counselor. I have been in private practice for about 11 years in Spokane, Washington. I thoroughly enjoy the work that I do and I have been able to work with some amazing people along the way. I am mainly a cognitive behavioral therapist which means that I help clients look at how their thoughts and feelings impacts their behaviors. I have training in several other evidence-based modalities as well and I tailor specific plans for each individual in order to best meet their therapeutic goals.
