I have worked in emergency crisis services, crisis management services, and trauma for over 20 years and this has brought with it the experience to be able to quickly meet and address your immediate needs and then work toward addressing the long-term needs. Therapy can seem intimidating and overwhelming but totally worth it if you find the right therapist! I use a variety of evidence-based techniques and will work with you to find what works best for you! I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion.
