About

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and have been working in the psychiatry field since 2011. I have in worked various therapeutic environments including: inpatient psychiatric hospitalization and outpatient. I have helped others struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, personality disorders, substance abuse, adjustment disorders, trauma, and relationship stressors.

I am from Western New York and attended SUNY Cortland for Recreation Therapy. Upon graduating I began working with geriatrics, adults, and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. As I grew as a therapist, I quickly realized my love for helping others. I then attended Medaille College where I obtained my master's in Mental Health Counseling.

I would say that I am an open-minded person. I feel that everyone has their own needs which are met in different ways. It would be great to work with you and to help you meet your goals. I will help support you through this and provide a clear direction using CBT, person centered, and solution focused techniques to help you become the best version of yourself!
