I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 15 years of professional work experience. I'm interested in helping those who are suffering from symptoms like anxiety, depression, and overwhelming feelings. I am also interested in helping those who are encountering difficulty in their careers and relationships, as well as those who want to improve themselves and increase their self-confidence. I believe in starting with what you would like to talk about, as you are the expert on your experience so far.

I approach therapy from a few different perspectives - the main ones are compassion-focused, humanistic, strength-based, psychodynamic. I think that sometimes incorporating expressive arts can help too. I do know, firsthand, the power of music and art to help us understand both others, and our own, internal worlds.
