About
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the state of California. I have credentials in Pupil Personnel Services (School Counseling), Child Welfare and Attendance, and Anger Management.
Perhaps you're tolerating or healing from depression or feeling anxious and worried. Maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to live. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to help you get back to your essence, create change, and find meaning in your life.
Therapy is a process of growth, healing, and self-discovery. In therapy, we will work collaboratively to explore your inner world. I want to help you understand your thoughts and feelings better so that you can create change and find confidence, inner-strength, joy, meaning, and relief.
My style is conversational and I provide insight and feedback with compassion and curiosity, in a safe environment free of judgment. I use an approach tailored to each client, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and strength-based theories to help my clients explore the concerns unique to them.
