To be human is to struggle. Navigating through hardships may be difficult, but made easier through support. I’ve been working as a certified Counselling Professional in Idaho who specializes in helping people cope with anxiety, depression, confidence, past trauma, confidence, and relational challenges. I help build awareness of patterned behaviors, strengthening personal skills, and overcoming internal obstacles that prevent clients from achieving their desired goals. Each client is different and as such requires a varied approach to reach meaningful change.

I utilize CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Humanistic Therapeutic Approaches to address anxiety, depression, confidence, past trauma, interrelational difficulties, co-dependency, and motivational challenges. I provide an understanding of the conflicts that my clients face through unconditional positive regard.

As a therapist, I am warm, direct, transparent, and hard-working. I genuinely connect with my clients to make progression towards goals as a team. I empower my clients to use their skills to overcome the obstacles in their life through improved awareness of their triggers, addressing challenges, navigating mental health, communicating effectively with others, recognizing co-dependency in relationships, internalizing negativity, or simply ready to take your life in a new direction. While seeking help can be challenging, you're a step closer to your path of wellness and personal growth.

I also offer an option outside the Find A Therapist platform to provide clients with option to use my private practice to offset the cost of counseling. If you're interested in utilizing your insurance as an out-of-network provider, we can decrease your out-of-pocket expenses and allowing you to choose how you want your counseling service to look.
