About

I received a bachelor's degree in fine art from Kent State University and a master's degree in counseling from Trinity Washington University. I have been working in DC for the past 10 years working with individuals and families in various settings. I appreciate the trust and vulnerability it takes to seek help. Together, we will engage in compassionate, person-centered, and holistic therapy. I believe it is important to be curious about ourselves and our physical, behavioral, physiological, and emotional responses to distress. I intend to promote an empathic, safe, and non-judgmental space that allows a strong therapeutic relationship to form.
