It’s always been a privilege for me to hear others’ stories and have them trust me with the vulnerable parts of themselves. My clients tend to appreciate my warm, down-to-earth approach that is both affirming and non-judgmental. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and it's my goal to help you navigate whatever stormy waters have come your way. Life can be hard and complicated, and sometimes it helps to have someone walk with you through those difficulties.

I’m a native of Tennessee, but I now live in Colorado. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I work well with individuals with depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, anger, and relationship issues. I have worked in community mental health and an integrated behavioral health setting within a medical practice. I enjoy supporting young adults, parents, and those struggling with past trauma.
