Hey there! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire. I have worked for an agency providing intensive community-based services for children and their families for the past 10 years as a clinician, supervisor and director. I have worked with a variety of clients with various clinical needs, but my passion is supporting individuals that have experienced trauma. My strengths include supporting individuals in unpacking and understanding how difficult experiences affect their thoughts, feelings and behavior and helping them in their journey to become the best version of themselves. I strive to create a supportive, safe, nonjudgmental environment for my clients to explore the areas of life they choose to bring to sessions. In addition to working with clients that have experienced trauma, I have experience in other areas including treating depression, anxiety, family relational problems, behavioral difficulties, self -injurious behaviors and providing counseling for parents, foster parents and guardians.

I have been trained in a variety of orientations and interventions and look for client feedback about what is most helpful for them in my sessions. Some of my training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Attachment Theory, and Trauma Focused-CBT.
