I offer 15 years of counseling in drug and alcohol and mental health. I work with teenagers and older for most of my career. I work with my clients on identifying goals they want to work on along with increase self-care. I have received training in several areas within my field. Trainings include; Choice Theory Group, Child Management, Drug and Alcohol Addiction, PTSD, DSM IV, group and individual counseling, Crisis and Addiction Management.
