I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado with over 10 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. I have worked with clients regarding a wide range of concerns including depression/anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, grief/loss, concerns connecting to sexuality and relationship issues.

My therapy style is warm, accepting and collaborative. I use a multi-dynamic approach, which I tailor to individual needs. I believe that people do best when an emotionally safe environment is created, so that they are able to freely discuss their concerns without any fear of judgement.
