I help others understand themselves and manage change. My main goal is to provide quality counseling services that empower others and leads to a sense of strength and well-adjustment. Problems treated, but not limited to include: life changes (divorce, career, midlife, and not-so-midlife, geriatric), grief/loss, general substance abuse/addictions (alcohol/drugs, relationship, work, and sex), trauma, moral injury, domestic violence issues, sexuality problems, intimacy/sexual relationship issues, uncontrollable emotions, difficulty coping, increased/ongoing stress. LGBTQ friendly. Services will not be denied based on your inability to pay and will not restrict benefits, including race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
