I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Ohio and have over seven (7) years of experience working as a master leveled therapist. With empathy and active listening skills I provide space for clients to navigate emotional obstacles, gain insight and increase awareness of themselves and the patterns of their behaviors which may be prohibiting them from reaching their full potential. I walk alongside individuals struggling with personal, relational, family, and career issues that impact the quality of their physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual life. Understanding how our past creates the filter through which we experience the present provides a light along the path toward healing and wholeness. I believe that when a client is aware of and willing to engage in change, personal growth and enrichment can lead to authentic joy and fulfillment.
My scope of practice includes general mental health issues (anxiety, depression, etc.) life adjustments/transitions, trauma informed therapy, and couples counseling, My client age ranges from 18 on up.
