I believe what is most effective in therapy is finding someone who makes you feel truly seen and heard. Finding one's voice is challenging enough, and going unheard or misunderstood can be incredibly lonely and can alter our perceptions of our lives, our futures, and ourselves. I enjoy supporting others in finding their voice and rediscovering who they are through each chapter they encounter in their lives. The therapy journey can be long and on-going but is worth every step of effort to reach the level of healing and confidence we all deserve.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, as well as motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
